I am Amy Shiver and I am a life- long Floridian. I love helping buyers find their primary residence including finding creative solutions to solve the roadblocks that may stand in the way of the dream of homeownership. I also enjoy working with investors and I have experience in vacation rental management as well as marina management.  I have vast knowledge of our forgotten coast.
