Catrina Raevens

I’ve lived along the Emerald Coast of NW FL since 1989. Locals say that “once the sand gets in your toes you’ll never want to leave”.

I hold a Marketing and Business Administration degree from the University of West Florida. I have worked in advertising sales, marketing and promotions in Panama City since 1992.

I received my Florida Realtor’s license in July 2009. Since that time, I have earned several designations, the National Association of Realtors certification of Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), GRI (Graduate of Realtors Association) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. I specialize in first time home buyers, and investment property, with an emphasis in helping women invest in Real Estate.

I’ve been a member of Bay County WCR (Women’s Council of Realtors) since 2011 and was the 2014 WCR President. Currently, I’m a director of the Bay Arts Alliance, and was the President in 2024. Also, I’ve joined the 11th St. Dulcimer Club and am an advocate of our local Library.

I have been involved in various community events and fundraisers including Death by Chocolate, Kids Fest, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, Home & Garden Expo, March of Dimes & The American Red Cross Annual Breast Cancer Walk a Thon, St Jude Children’s Hospital & Muscular Dystrophy.

I love to garden, listen to music and play with my pet birds. And above all I love my family!
