Chanoia Clarke here, friends, I am a Miami native; however I’ve planted roots here in Tallahassee Big Bend area over the last 22 years! My path to the real estate industry has been an interesting one in that my first introduction began with my Mobile Notary Signing agent company. For the last 2 years I’ve had the pleasure of closing loans around the Big Bend and surrounding counties. This experience has prepared me for the interesting world of Real Estate. I have always had an underlying passion to help others and the real estate industry will allow me to help my community and beyond on a broader scale.
