Tip for dog owners.
Has your four-legged friend ever got a piece of bark stuck in their mouth? Maybe, lodged between their teeth or gums? This happened to my “Sir Bentley” after chewing on a palm tree branch a little too long. With my Husband’s numerous tries to investigate his mouth, nearly getting his fingers bit, and no luck of removing the bark, I had an idea. I had just finished washing my hands and with a damp hand towel, I started playing tug of war with my puppy. The fibers of the damp hand towel along with the friction of the pull and tug dislodged the tree bark from my puppy’s mouth. I saw it fall onto the area rug. Saved us a visit to the Vet.
