Grace “Gracie” Thomas

Hi! I’m Gracie Thomas, originally from Bainbridge, GA, now living and doing what I love in the beautiful parts of Florida. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a Master’s in Education, I spent two years teaching elementary school. During that time, I discovered that my passion extends far beyond just helping kids – I love helping people of all ages. During my years of teaching, I married my husband in which he and I lived in Eastpoint for a year before moving to Jacksonville where I first began my real estate career. After spending just under one year there, we realized how much we love the Forgotten Coast and its local people, which encouraged us to move back just last year!
Though I’m new to the real estate industry, my fresh perspective, enthusiasm, and commitment set me apart. I believe that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction; it’s a life-changing experience that requires personalized attention and care.

Growing up in the South, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our local communities, rich traditions, and unique architectural styles. I’m passionate about helping people find homes that truly reflect their lifestyle and needs because I know how important it is to feel connected to where you live.
