Johannah Vinson

My name is Johannah Vinson. I have been in the real estate industry for many years. I accidentally fell into real estate. I sold my parent’s house to a stranger when I was eighteen. I overheard a man talking about looking for a home in a grocery store. I shook off my nerves, introduced myself, and informed him that my parents were about to put our house on the market. I got his name (Russ) and phone number (a landline), Went home, talked to my parents, and called Russ. He came over the next day to see the house. He bought it. Russ currently still lives in my childhood home. After that experience, I fell in love with sales. It was exciting, challenging, and required a lot of learning.

I have lived and worked all over the United States. When people ask me where I am from, I say everywhere. Each community I have lived and worked in holds a special place in my heart. When I was living in Ogden, Utah, I met my husband. Shortly after meeting, he was given a position in Texas that required him to move. He asked me to marry him, and I said yes. My son and I packed up and moved to Texas with my now husband. I worked as a relator in Texas and successfully represented many types of clients. I have aided investors in finding and selling excellent properties. I have helped many buyers find their perfect home. I have represented many sellers and did whatever I could to increase the chances of selling their homes, including rolling up my sleeves and putting my remodeling and decorating skills to work. I am excellent at accurately pricing homes so that they sell fast and for a significant profit for my clients. I come from an extensive background in sales and customer service. I have integrity and excellent negotiating skills, and I am well-versed in objection handling to make the deals go through. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in communications and Digital media. This has only made my skill set as a realtor stronger. I am well-versed in advertising, marketing, analytics, and trends. Not only can I make your property look great, but I can advertise it extensively. Anything I do, I commit 110%.

My husband was offered a permanent position at Eglin Airforce Base, and we couldn’t be happier. We love the ocean and living in such a beautiful and vibrant place. We go to the beach and swim all year round, no matter how cold. We scuba dive as a family any chance we get. We enjoy camping, fishing, and exploring the outdoors.
