Kathleen Favier

Kathleen spent most of her life in the hills of Northern CA raising & educating her two sons. Though she is new to Northern Florida, she already loves the coastal life.

An entrepreneur at heart, she has co-owned and owned and managed several businesses: a car wash; a private lumber company; a photography business; a yoga & dance studio and a food safety for farmers business.  Now she is excited to be in her next business adventure; helping people find their next dream home or investment.
