Lisa Suggs

A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication. Lisa has over 18 years in marketing and advertising experience prior to her real estate career which began in 2006. She’s been selling real estate through the upward and downward trends in the market and prides herself on being able to navigate these times while remaining effective and successful. Her strength is the relationship building she has done in 19 years of real estate and being able to provide superior customer service from contract negotiation all the way to the closing. She has years of real estate sales and negotiation in commercial, residential and investment properties. Specialties include new construction and working with local builders, helping first time home buyers, seniors looking to downsize, investors looking to manage or flip properties for profit, and customers looking to sell their property. She has extensive knowledge in contract negotiation and keeping up with Florida real estate law and contract changes. With all of her background in marketing and sales, she is able to provide her customers with a wealth of strategies to get the goal reached whether it be buying or selling. She also loves to help her listing customers with staging techniques she has learned through her many years in the business. Lisa is very involved within the Bay County community especially with her local church. She is a certified group fitness instructor and teaches at two local gyms.
