Melanie Marble

Melanie is originally from Germany, has served in the U.S. Army, and has been proud to be an American citizen since 2000.

In December of 2020, Melanie and her daughters visited Destin, Florida, fell in love with the area, and they soon decided to pack up their belongings and move to Fort Walton Beach. In her spare time, she loves exploring the area with her two daughters, Penne, the puppy, and Baby Dragon, the bearded dragon. She enjoys learning about alternative healing modalities and has a tea for every ailment in her pantry!

While working in property management, Melanie felt the desire to improve upon her knowledge of the housing market, so she decided to get her real estate license. She is currently working in the county housing department as a housing specialist and has a good understanding of grant funding available to current homeowners for home repairs as well as down payment assistance for future homebuyers.

Melanie has a sincere love for helping people and has the skills to find the resources needed to make the dream of homeownership a reality; she would love to team up with you and explore this beautiful area with you, help you find what you are looking for, and she would feel privileged to be a part of your adventure.
