I’m a 10 year veteran of Real Estate here in Bay County and a 16 year resident of Panama City Beach.
Being a resident of PCB, I’m able to keep an eye on the market and address any issues or changes that take place. A little bit about me… I’m originally from Ohio and a proud graduate of THE Ohio State University (yep, I’m a true Buckeye!). Fresh out of college (many moons ago), I took a job with a cable TV company and hung out in that industry for the next 28 years. In 2024, I decided it was time for a change. A friend of mine suggested that I look into the real estate industry, stating that I would love it! I gave it a shot, and never looked back. I love my job! Where else can you meet and hanging out with new folks every day? Not many I can think of. I am knowledgeable with both the condo market and the housing market on both sides of the bridge.
