I am Shannon Dykes and I am local to NW Florida with roots that trace back centuries to the Creek Indians. I have a deep love for this Forgotten Coast area and love to see success in our economy and welcome visitors and new homeowners, alike. I have enjoyed a career in vacation rental property management in Franklin and Gulf Counties for many years which is most beneficial to buyers looking to purchase for investment purposes. I enjoy carving out time to soak in our beautiful community, especially evening beach trips with my son. We have two baby dogs and a precious cat that we rescued.
