Stacy Spradlin

Stacy is originally from South Carolina, where she attended Clemson University and received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. It was through her degree that she first visited the Emerald Coast, and what led her to relocate to the Florida panhandle to pursue a career in construction project management.

Not long after becoming a mother, Stacy discovered her passion for elaborate events. So, with her great attention to detail, hard work, and determination, she founded and has successfully grown a local luxury party business for children. This has allowed her the opportunity to be involved in the community and meet many amazing families over the last few years.

Her time spent in both project management and running her own business have helped her gain important skills that allow her to provide the best service to her clients in real estate. She believes in having a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a positive attitude. By providing clear communication and updates along the way, Stacy will help make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying or selling a home.

Some of Stacy’s passions outside of work include watching her daughters compete in gymnastics, reading and collecting books, gardening, and spending time with her family.
