Terri Callahan

I was raised in New Jersey, the oldest in a family of 7 children and spent most of my adult years trying to relocate to Florida where it was warm. A job transfer to Atlanta, GA got me closer and my husband and I purchased a cute beach cottage in Panama City Beach and visited as much as we could! I loved it so much, but the visits were too short!

Then I retired from AT&T after many years as a Director of Information Technology and settled with my husband and our Yorkie pups into our beach house close to the Gulf of Mexico. Can you say beach heaven? I obtained my FL Real Estate license in 2022 and have loved working with homebuyers and helping them to find just the right place. I have worked with several retirees from out-of-state and help them to select homes remotely and optimize their home tours when they are in town.

On a personal note, I am passionate about charity fundraising and have raised well over $20,000 for cancer research. I enjoy paddleboarding, kayaking, walking and line dancing just for fun! I find that being active is key to a healthy and happy outlook on life.
