Wilma Bassett Hine

My name is Wilma Bassett Hine. I am a Quincy native and a Real Estate professional servicing buyers and sellers since 2006. The areas that I serve are Leon, Gadsden and Wakulla counties in the Florida panhandle. My NUMBER ONE priority is to provide excellent customer service 100% of the time.

Many of my transactions are with first-time home buyers. I also assist clients seeking to sell their homes who need to upsize or downsize as their lives evolve and needs change. I also assist investors and I love working with veterans as well.

I chose real estate because it’s a wonderful profession that’s constantly evolving. It requires knowledge of the local, regional and national markets. I am a huge fan of technology and love keeping up and learning the best tools to offer my clients to keep them on top of the market. It also requires relationship building with many professionals in the real estate industry including lenders,appraisers, home inspectors and attorneys. All of these requirements are imperative for making a successful Real Estate Agent and I pride myself in fully understanding and managing all of these aspects of the profession!

On a personal note, I have 2 daughters that I adore and are the lights of my life. I also strongly believe in pet adoption and rescue and have several wonderful dogs and cats in my family that I dearly love. I’m also a backyard farmer with an extensive garden of raised beds and rows that keep me busy in my spare time.
